Where is my order?

I’m so sorry you haven’t received your delivery yet! It should be on its way. However, please don’t hesitate to email or Facebook message us with your concern.

Sizing?

Sizing is smaller and more fitted then expected. We generally suggest selecting a size up, depending on the fit you prefer.

Will my order be tracked?

We sure do! An email will be sent with the tracking number on date of shipment.

How do I return an order?

What a shame! But that’s ok we understand. You are more than welcome to return the item within 7 – 14 days of purchase. You will have to cover the postage cost to return any item back to us. Exceptions will be granted if Emily Ingham Art is at fault, for example for any faulty items.

When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise and personal schedule. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

How often do you restock?

We aim to restock regularly, but restock dates vary depending on product availability and timing.

How can I find out about restocks?

Restock information will be posted on all social media accounts.
