How long will it take to receive my order?
Express Orders will be shipped same or next day.
Regular Post will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times via Australia Post are as follows:
Within Australia = 7 – 10 Days
Worldwide = 10 – 21 Days
Please note these times may vary slightly and are a guide only.
Will my order be tracked?
It sure will! An email or message will be sent with the tracking number on date of shipment.
How do I look after my artworks/prints?
To preserve the colour in your artworks, please do not hang or place in direct sunlight. Professional framing with UV resistant glass or acrylic is highly recommended.
How do I return an order?
What a shame! But that’s ok we understand. You are more than welcome to return the item within 7 – 14 days of purchase. Exchanges are returned at buyer’s own cost. Exceptions will be granted if Emily Ingham Art is at fault.ORIGINAL ARTWORKS AND PRINTS CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS DAMAGED & IF STOCK ALLOWS.
